I would love to announce the grand opening of a new manufacturing location in Northeastern Indiana called Dog House Carts, Inc. The new business is owned by Steve Schaefer and Jim Osborne who partnered up to make the most vendor friendly carts in the industry. It is an exciting new partnership as they intend on making a cart for the handicapped operator. A hot dog cart is being designed to allow the operator to sit while they vend hot dogs, being able to reach all of the prep surfaces in the cart without standing up for hours on end. Most vendors don't retire because they don't like the business, as we age it becomes increasingly difficult to stand for hours on end. We love it but our bodies just give out. Jim & Steve believe that this cart will open up the industry like never before to those who can't stand. Contact them for more information on the upcoming handicap hot dog cart, it should launch as early as March 1, 2011.
